I should have known something was off when I received a random call an hour before my appointment asking if I was home and whether I had electricity outside. In hindsight, this should have been a warning sign, but given what I ultimately experienced, I have no doubt they would have charged a cancellation fee.Because I didn't have an outdoor outlet, there was a last-minute change and I had to bring my vehicle to a nearby shop and hand over my keys to leave it for hours, adding further aggravation and wasting time for what was supposed to be a simple on-site job.When it was ready about three hours later, I was told the price was $339, which came as a complete shock. Multiple references on the website, including the booking form, state $200. Buried at the bottom of another page I was sent a link to, it says SUVs are $250. I tried to explain that the website was misleading, but was dismissed with, "Ok, so how do you want to pay?" if I wanted my vehicle back.Ok, whatever. The car was dirty. At least it would be a good job... Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.A large part of my dash was missed. So much product was used that it was pooling in the vents, on the window controls, and everywhere else. The seats were completely greasy. Even after days of wiping everything down, the residue is still transferring onto clothing. I am also concerned about the long-term impact of having this much product/oily residue applied throughout the interior, especially in areas where it may be difficult to fully remove.I reached out twice and asked them to fix it and was completely ignored.I ended up taking the vehicle to another detailing shop, and they were floored. They told me this is not considered proper detailing and that coating every surface in dressing like this is not a substitute for actually cleaning the vehicle.I had also specifically asked that my vehicle not be driven, yet it was.Poor communication. Poor workmanship. Poor attitude.Based on my experience, I would not use this service again. Super bummed to pay that much for this result

I 100% recommend this guy! He does an outstanding job. Scheduled for my truck, ended up getting the Supra done as well. Having 2 dogs the truck needed some TLC and having him come to me was the easiest. Great job!!!

He came all the way to my work in Beamsville and handled everything there, which made it so easy for me. Got my car back looking brand new, super clean like he didn’t miss a single spot. Abdullah was really nice and professional, easy to talk to. You can tell he actually cares about the work. Highly recommend if you want your car done properly!
